B2B Energy Consultant WANTED!
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at a growing Energy Broker based in Solihull. Our client are looking for a motivated B2B Energy Consultant to join their successful sales team.
Do you have experience working in a Business Development/ Telesales role within the Energy Industry? Are you looking for a Company where you can have fun whilst earning uncapped commission?
A basic salary of between £20,000 – £40,000, plus an uncapped commission structure will be offered to the right candidate. Realistic OTE £50k+ for high performing individuals.
Applicants must have experience working within the Energy industry.
The successful candidate will be required to:-
- Make outbound calls to SME’s in order to discuss their energy contract renewals and requirements.
- Identify decision makers, fact find in order to establish customer need.
- Generate report to show best renewal quotations.
- Develop customer pipeline.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service.
- Receive signed letters of authority from the customer, logging all information on to computerised system.
- Close sales over the phone.
- If appropriate book and/or attend face to face appointment with customer in order to increase business opportunity.
- Work to and exceed targets.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working in the energy / utilities industry (essential).
- Tenacious and driven personality.
- A desire to work to and exceed targets.
- Money motivated approach.
- Strong negotiation and relationships building skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
