B2B Sales Executive – £35,000+ OTE

B2B Sales Executive Wanted! Our Client, a Multi Award Winning Telecommunications provider based in Birmingham are looking for a determined and enthusiastic Sales Consultant/ Telesales Executive/ Telemarketing Executive to join their highly successful business. Competitive basic salary of £20,000 with realistic YR1 OTE of £35,000.

The successful B2B Sales Executive will be required to:-

Make outbound calls to potential business customers, describing the features and benefits of the telecommunications products and services offered.

 Research potential businesses to target.

 Up sell/ cross sell additional services including Salary Sacrifice, Bill Analysis, Broadband and Vehicle Tracking devices.

 Book appointments for Field Sales Consultant to meet with client in order to close deal.

 Close deals over the phone where possible.

 Answer incoming calls and convert in to sales.

 Build strong business relationships.

 Exceed set sales targets.

 

The ideal candidate will have:-

 Experience working in a business to business telesales/telemarketing role.

 Ambition and desire to succeed and earn lots of money!!

 A determined and persistent nature.

 A proven track record achieving sales targets.

 Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.

 Resilient attitude.

 A desire to be in a phone based role.

 A sociable and enthusiastic personality.
