Our Client, a well-established Construction Company are looking for an experienced New Business Development candidate to join their successful team to help promote a brand new and exciting product to local authorities, care homes, healthcare professionals and other local businesses.
A starting salary of £30,000 – £40,000 will be offered plus company car or car allowance and bonus.
The successful candidate will adopt a proactive approach in order to identify and generate new business opportunities, build strong business partnerships and close sales/ win tenders.
The successful candidate will be required to: –
Cold call and prospect for sources of new business in to large organisations
Generate referral based leads
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, care homes, charities, healthcare professionals and other local businesses
Deliver presentations and CPD’s to small and large groups
Complete tenders in order to secure new business
The ideal candidate will have: –
Full driving licence (essential)
Please note you will need to be able to pass a DBS check due to the nature of some of the clients you may have contact with
Experience with tendering process and framework contracts
Previous successful experience in a new business role
Previous experience with social services contracts and/or adaptations (desirable)
