Business Protection Consultant Wanted!
Home Based- to cover South of UK
Basic salary flexible depending on experience, plus commission structure, company car, phone, laptop and other benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Employee Benefits provider in a consultative sales role. The ideal candidate will have experience consulting on Business Protection, Key Person cover, Shareholder Protection and Relevant Life cover.
The successful Business Protection Consultant will be required to:-
Work on whole of market basis to recommend best solution for Companies clients.
Discuss and recommend Key Person cover, Shareholder Protection and Relevant Life cover with business owners.
Promote Company positively in the market place.
Generate new business opportunities.
Win new business to support Company sales objectives.
Recommend specific products ensuring FCA regulations are adhered to.
Close sales face to face.
Manage after sales administration and underwriting process.
Liaise with insurance providers.
Research potential businesses to target.
Build strong business relationships.
Resolve queries from new and existing clients.
Take ownership of client accounts once won, upselling additional benefits.
Exceed set sales targets.
The ideal Business Protection Consultant will have:-
Experience of Business Protection, Key Person cover, Shareholder Protection and Relevant Life cover.
Experience selling directly to business customers.
Financial and commercial acumen.
Good technical, produce and market knowledge.
Ambition and desire to succeed in sales.
A determined and persistent nature.
Self motivated approach.
CII Diploma preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills.
Full UK driving licence essential.

Company car allowance (£4,500).

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
