Full Stack Java Developer – £40,000 – £50,000

Our Client, a well-established and growing managed services Software Company based in Tamworth are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join their busy team.

A competitive starting salary of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience.

 

The successful candidate will be required to:-

Design and develop well structures and reusable software.

Work closely with clients and other developers to analyse business requirements.

Write clean and healthily structured, well documented code.

Deliver code which is well-tested and consistently error free.

Work with and contribute to building future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared in order to drive further efficiency throughout the team

Escalate critical support issues to the client delivery team.

Promote new ideas.

Keep up to date with latest software development technology.

 

The ideal candidate will have:-

Experience working within a similar role.

Experience with software design.

Working knowledge of creating User Interfaces for applications.

Extensive experience in programming languages.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or similar.

Able to work to the Agile methodology.

Strong IT skills.

Good understanding on; Java 7 – 11, Sprint Boot, Hibernate and Angular 2.

An awareness of; J2EE. SQL, Oracle, SVN, Eclipse, JSF, JavaScript, HTML.

Detailed knowledge of AMD applications.

Strong business acumen.

Good organisational skills.

A strong problem solving ability.

Attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

An ability to work to deadlines.
