Receptionist – £18,000

Part time Receptionist Wanted!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a Receptionist for a passionate, family friendly business based in Redditch. This role will be Monday to Thursday 30 hours per week with a starting salary of £18,000.

The successful Receptionist will be required to:-

Answer all Company’s incoming calls.

Act as the first point of contact for all callers and visitors, displaying an excellent level of customer service.

Meet and greet customers with a welcoming and helpful approach.

Transfer calls to appropriate departments.

Take messages and pass on to relevant staff members.

Pre-qualify calls to ensure put through to the most relevant department/ contact.

Book meeting rooms.

Arrange catering for meetings.

Post and tracking parcels.

Manage gate intercom, permitting access to visitors.

Order stationary and cleaning supplies.

Organise office Christmas party.

Complete administrative duties as required.

Remain friendly and professional at all times, delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Act as first aider (full training provided.)

The ideal candidate will have:-

An excellent telephone manner.

Previous experience in a similar role.

An ability to multi task, often completing administrative tasks whilst answering incoming calls.

A passion for customer service.

A bright and bubbly personality with a positive attitude at all times.

A smart and polished appearance.

Good IT skills to include Microsoft packages.

Team player approach.

An ability to demonstrate calm, organised nature during busy periods.
