An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Executive to join a growing Company with excellent career development opportunities and an uncapped commission structure.
Basic salary £20,000.

Our Client, a unique business service provider based in Shenstone, are looking for a bright and bubbly Telesales Executive to join their expanding team.
The successful Telesales Executive will be required to:-
– Make outbound calls from leads and data provided.
– Identify customer needs and introduce the company’s services accordingly.
– Describe the features and benefits in order to generate interest.
– Book demonstrations for the technical team in order to win new business.
– Identify new potential customers.
– Be part of an exciting, innovative team, contributing to overall performance and growth of the company.
The ideal Telesales Executive will have:-
– An enthusiastic and positive nature.
– Experience working in a telesales/internal sales position.
– Desire to learn.
– Good commercial acumen.
– An interest in technology/ apps/ software.
– Ambition and desire to succeed.
– A determined and persistent nature.
– Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
– Outgoing and personable nature.
– Good initiative and ability to self-motivate.
