Are you an experienced Administrator? Our Client, who are a fantastic employer based in Bartley Green, Birmingham are looking for an Administrator to join their Sourcing department.
Starting salary of £18,500 rising to £19,500 after completion of 6 month probationary period.

The successful Administrator will be required to:-
Deal with incoming emails and calls from engineers or customers related to bespoke product enquiries.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations for bespoke products.
Provide customers/engineers with quotations and delivery information.
Ensure quotations are provided within agreed time frame.
Keep all documentation up to date.
Follow orders through to completion.
Process customer orders on computerised system.
Amend/ cancel orders as required.
Respond to emails updating customers on order information.
Liaise with other departments within the Company.
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
Ensure profit margins are adhered to.
Complete general administrative duties.
The Administrator will have:-
An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Experience in a similar role.
Experience working/liaising with engineers (desirable)
An ability to pick up technical specifications.
Good analytical skills with an investigative nature.
Desire to see projects through top completion.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good administrative skills.
A passion for customer service.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong IT skills.
Good problem solving ability.
A desire to work as part of a team.
