Our Client, a Multi Award Winning Telecommunications provider based on the outskirts of Birmingham are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to provide an exceptional level of service to their customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have a passion for Customer Service with a desire to provide a high quality and reliable service to the Company’s customers.
A competitive salary of between £20,000 and £25,000 will be offered for the right candidate, depending on experience.
The successful Customer Service Executive will be required to:-
Manage incoming emails and telephone calls from both business and consumer customers.
Deal with incoming queries, to include complaints.
Cover Reception switchboard during busy periods.
Continually improve high service standards.
Conduct analysis of customer bills.
Provide customers with bill training.
Maintain records on CRM system.
Manage repairs process.
Liaise with customers regarding bad debts.
Provide customers with delivery updates.
Meet with customers on site to conduct service reviews.
Produce reports to demonstrate service standards.
The ideal Customer Service Executive will have:-
3 years + experience in a customer service role.
Mobile or telecommunications experience is preferred, however training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills/ a good telephone manner.
A desire to build strong relationships with customers.
A pleasant and helpful nature.
An ability to work under pressure and be accountable for decisions.
An ability to work well within a team as well as using own initiative.
Exceptional organisation skills.
Full UK driving licence.
