IT Support Analyst – £22,000 – £26,000

An exciting opportunity at a CRM and Digital Solutions Company based in Walsall has arisen. Our highly regarded client are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join their talented team and contribute to delivering a professional service to their clients.

This really is an excellent and rare opportunity for a motivated and driven IT Professional to work and develop within a dynamic and rapidly growing business.

The successful candidate will be required to:-

Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues for clients using company software applications and websites.

Fully engage with clients by telephone & email from logging to resolution in order to resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner.

Document technical activities in the form of knowledgebase articles, processes & procedures where appropriate.

Carry out software releases to clients as and when new versions are made available by the developers.

Oversee entire projects and work with clients to turn their issues into resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have:-

Strong technical and interpersonal skills in order to meet and exceed client expectations.

SQL Server – Strong knowledge of administering & troubleshooting SQL server

Windows OS – Good knowledge of administering & troubleshooting Windows OS (Desktop & Server)

Citrix & Remote Desktop Services

VMware & Hyper –V (Desirable)

Networking experience (Desirable)

 The ability to be self-motivated and proactive.

 An ability to prioritise workload and issues.

 Accuracy and attention to detail.

 An ability to Troubleshoot and resolve.


Benefits to include:-

 Flexible working hours, core hours to be in the office are 10am – 4pm. 37.5 h/per week.

 A starting salary of £22,000 – £26,000 depending on experience.

25 days holiday per calendar year, 3 to be kept back for between Christmas and New Year.

Auto enrolment pension scheme and death in service which is 3x the employee’s salary.
