Sales Account Manager – £20,000 Plus Uncapped Commission

Sales Account Manager Wanted!

Do you enjoy managing, nurturing and growing existing customer accounts, whilst also being motivated to secure new business opportunities?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in a role which will be 50% account management and 50% new business sales.

Basic salary £20k with realistic first year OTE of £25k. Realistic year 3 OTE £40k!

The successful Sales Account Manager will be required to:-

  • Manage existing customer accounts.
  • Upsell additional products to existing customers.
  • Increase spend of key customer accounts.
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers, describing the features and benefits of the products offered.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Exceed set sales targets.
  • Contact customers over the phone to spot business opportunities.
  • Convert quotations in to sales.
  • Close deals over the phone.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Exceed sales targets.


The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience working in a sales role either in a telesales and/or account management position.
  • Ambition and desire to succeed and earn lots of money!!
  • A determined and persistent nature.
  • A proven track record achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Resilient attitude.
  • A desire to be in a phone based role.
  • A sociable and enthusiastic personality.
  • Experience selling a catalogue of products would be advantageous but not essential.
